Daddy and Ruth

Ok I think I'm a little behind ;-) here are pictures of Ruth and Wayne like everyone has been asking for. She seems to not prefer any of us over anyone, she in fact probably likes Daddy the best because he is the hero! He figured out the correct ratio of cereal to formula to water, he should truly win a prize. After the first bottle the first night she didn't eat another until mid afternoon yesterday. Not because we didn't offer mind you, she would not take what we made, to hot, too cold, not thick enough who know but she would not eat what we offered.(we ended up throwing out the contents of about 5 bottles)Until, da da da da, daddy figured out the perfect formula and temperature(or maybe she was just soo hungry she finally gave in). So the visions of hospitals in China with Ruth hooked up toIVs to rehydrate her have faded.

She really is doing great, she is starting to smile a little more, though not in public. And is generally a content baby, though it's only been one day. I'm sure the more she gets used to us all the more her true personality will come out.

We found a little shopping mall near the hotel, Wayne got golf clubs, Ruth got squeaky shoes. There is a great park nearby too that we hope to spend more time at.

Today we are off to the orphanage, so when you wake up tomorrow you should see lots of pictures of China's country side, and the place where Ruth came from.
